Dr. Manuel Salvador.
The trajectory of Dr. Manuel Salvador is indisputably vocational. At the age of 14, at the family radiology center, he absorbed knowledge and experience with his father. A man of science, with concern for technical advances and knowledge, he received his doctorate in 1993. We can say that Dr. Manuel Salvador has seen radiology grow: since the analog systems of the seventies, when he revealed radiographs with his father, until the digitization and low radiation tests of the 21st century.
Dr. Salvador remains intact concern to improve the diagnosis of their patients. More than 40 years of experience and professional growth and the same vocational look to be a better radiologist.
He is passionate about sports and has been a high performance athlete as a national athletic medalist; His diagnosis of sports medicine is highly valued by elite athletes. He also specializes in radiology for women and does the surgery himself when necessary for diagnosis.

Dr. Manuel Salvador's history.

The doctor studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, ​​in Bellaterra, and in the teaching unit of Vall de Hebrón. He graduated in 1982 with the qualification of excellence. In the call of the MIR of 1982, he obtained a position at the Virgin Hospital of LLUCH in Palma de Mallorca, where he worked until 1986.

Specialist in Radiodiagnosis, he went to work at the Hospital del Mar (1987), then at the Hospital del Sagrat Cor (1987-88) and later at the Hospital de la Alianza (1988) until the summons of ICS positions, when they gave him a place at the Duran y Reynalds Hospital (1988-1991), being the first radiologist of this hospital in the Neuroradiology section.

In 1991 he achieved a position at the General Hospital of Catalonia, where he developed the Mama unit until 2003 (TACO, RM breast and muscle-schèletic). In 1993 he presented his doctoral thesis: "Compressibility of mammary masses in ultrasound" with CUM LAUDE qualification.

In 2003, he entered the ASEPEYO Hospital, where he developed works of musculoskeletal, arthro-MR and ultrasound of high precision.
In 2005, at the Corachán Clinic, he developed the Breast Unit and continued with his musculoskeletal studies, doing external collaborations in Catalonia and Andorra. In 2009, he joined the CIMA Hospital as Head of Service until 2011, at which point he focused, with exclusive dedication, on the IMAGINE Diagnostic Center, which he co-directed since 1999 and which he has been managing as CEO since 2014.
It is here where he develops studies of breast, musculoskeletal, Dental Pathology, Sonoelastography and Hepatic Breast, with a scientifically prepared and enthusiastic team.
